From May 1918 to October 1919 the city of New Orleans Louisiana was s truck by a roaming serial killer. He focused on Italian Immigrants and the majority were Grocers. I do a deep dive into this episode of the last Victim they encountered on the f aithful afternoon of April 16 th , 1992 . Kristen was walking home from school. She was stopped by a vehicle. Karla took out a map and told 15-year-old Kristen French that she was lost. This beautiful woman who seemed non-threatening used this as a motive to lure Kristen French into the Vehicle with Paul Bernardo coming from behind Kristen. Karla receives the beating of a lifetime which prompts her to open Pandoras box. Investigators do not know it yet, but they were about to make a deal with the devil her self. We dive into the dysfunctional Family history and a secret that hinders the family for years and one that comes out during an argument with this Mother Elizabeth. Paul comes from a wealthy family, but he is not exempt from displaying any psychopathic traits.
