This is case is a cautionary tale of what to look for when it comes to teen dating violence. Kaitlyn was this beautiful, vivacious, intellegent, young girl. She was full of dreams. I unpacked the difference of an Order of Protection and an Injunction against harrasment in the state of Arizona. The difference of these documents were problematic in not aiding Kaitlyn when she needed the law on her side the most.

I played a video of Bobbi Sudberry, Kaitlyn's stepmother, spreading awarness world wide of teenage dating violence. She mentioned the signs to look for and not to ignore it. She noticed that the prevailing theme was teen violence is prevelent and statistics are pretty high.

I unpacked documents that stated Daniel's mother calling officers that her son was threatening to end his and Kaitlyn's life. They dispatched officers at the school but they should have dispatched officers to her house. She was the intended target. Daniel did the unthinkable and Kaitlyn fights to survive. The law that was passed in Arizona
