The Final Part of the Brittanne Drexel case finally comes to a resolution. The answers that we all have been waiting for came 13 years later, this year. We learn that investigators come across people of interest and the killer was amongst the suspects. Brittanee’s family never gave up in seeking justice. They fought to bring Brittanee home where she belongs. The family finally have a place where they can visit Brittanee. The search for Brittanee ended on May 5 th , 2022. Britanee's body was found, and the Killer was hiding in plain sight. I used the following sources. I gave credit to every source on the episode. Brittanee was down in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with no adult supervision or permission from her parents. On October 1 st , 1993, the community of Petaluma, a small town out of San Francisco was about to be rocked by a monster hiding in the dark. Polly Klaas was a 12-year-old girl who was supposed to have a slumber party one night with a few friends. On October 1 st , 1993, Polly Klaas was kidnapped at knife point when the intruder came in from an open window. Investigators have only 24-48hours to try to find Polly and her abductor. The case received wide media attention across the United States. Despite these efforts Polly Klaas was found on December 4 th , 1993, police discovered her lifeless body. Polly’s family fought to lobby for a bill known as the three strikes law. The law is responsible for giving offenders 25-life sentences if they commit Crimes.
