I regret to inform you that this past Thursday I experienced a hate crime committed against me. I was assaulted by a woman who claimed her boyfriend and I kept a secret from her. She is pregnant, owns a business that preaches self-esteem, self-love, treating depression, trauma, anxiety, and uplifting others? I am confused when your business model says one thing but Disclaimer: You did not believe that did you? Were you jealous of me and decided to attack what you envied in me with a Blade? If you or someone you know is a victim of a crime, go to Victim Compensation | Office of Victim Services (ny.gov) You can file a claim if you have been a victim of a crime and need compensation. Who may be eligible? 

Individuals must be victims of a crime in New York State 

Victims of crime who were physically injured because of the crime  

Victims of crime who were not physically injured but are under 18, older than 60, or disabled  

Vulnerable elderly, incompetent or physically disabled persons – defined as those who are unable to care for themselves – who have savings stolen 

Certain relatives and dependents, including spouse, domestic partner, grandparent, parent, stepparent, guardian, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, child, stepchild, or grandchild of a victim of crime 

Those who paid for or incurred burial costs for a victim of crime  

Expenses for medical or other related services not covered by other insurance or benefit programs and more.  

They cover below: 

Lost earnings or loss of support up to $600 a week, not to exceed the maximum of $30,000 

Lost savings of vulnerable elderly, or incompetent, or physically disabled persons, not to exceed the maximum of $30,000 

Burial expenses up to $6,000 (for crimes committed on or after Nov. 1, 1996) 

Occupational rehabilitation expenses. They have many services that you can access on the website provided.
